Thomas and Linda (Brandy) Parkhurst of Manitou Beach, Michigan are Alaina’s parents. Other relatives of Laney are ex-husband Jeordie. Shanna (Eric) Navarre of Tecumseh, Michigan, and Laurel Parkhurst of Manitou Beach, Michigan, are her sisters.

Laney Chantal’s Early life and career
Thomas and Linda Parkhurst gave birth to Alaina in Adrian, Michigan, on February 20, 1989. Together with her parents and two older sisters, Alaina grew up in Manitou Beach. She attended Saint Josephs’s Academy for elementary and junior high, where she played basketball, soccer, and 4-H with Lenawee County.
In 2007, she graduated from Hudson High School. Alaina enjoyed spending a lot of her teenage years skateboarding, going to concerts, and spending time at the lakes with her friends. Following her high school graduation, Alaina moved to Los Angeles, California.
She enrolled at Cinema Makeup School in 2008, and upon completion, she received a diploma that will aid her in becoming a successful special effects makeup artist.
No matter how big or small the task, Alaina gave it her all—body, mind, and spirit. She rapidly distinguished herself from other artists in her area thanks to her artistic talent and vision, and her portfolio grew. As she was affectionately referred to, Laney lived life to the fullest and achieved more in her brief time on earth than most people do in a lifetime. She participated in the makeup competition FaceOff on the SY/FY networks and served as the lead makeup artist for the Video of the Year at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2021.
